Signed-in users can explicitly save a CV, which stays until they delete it or their account. InterviewFit never saves job descriptions or reports. Only upload documents you have permission to use.

How InterviewFit handles your data

InterviewFit processes your CV and job description to create this report. It saves a CV only when you explicitly choose to save it.

What InterviewFit retains

The ordinary analysis remains temporary: InterviewFit does not retain its CV input, job description or report after the request. We keep the report in this browser session so you can copy or download it locally.

Signed-in users can explicitly save a CV. InterviewFit keeps that CV until the user deletes it or deletes their account. It never saves the job description or report.

Account and allowance data

If you sign in, Clerk retains the account and session information needed to identify you. InterviewFit uses a keyed hash of your Clerk user ID for a 24-hour allowance counter. Signing in alone does not save your CV, job description or report.

OpenAI processing

OpenAI does not train its models on API data by default unless the API customer opts in. OpenAI may retain API content for up to 30 days in abuse-monitoring logs under its default data controls.

Anonymous site analytics

Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous, aggregated page-view information such as the page path, referrer, broad location, browser and device type. It uses no third-party cookies and does not receive your CV, job description or report content.
